If youíre feeling sporty, try windsurfing, hire a jet ski or ride the wild water slides at King Alfredís Leisure Centre. Spectators can enjoy county cricket, football, horse and greyhound racing and world-class windsurfing championships.
The sweeping Sussex Downs are a fabulous setting for sporting activities hang-gliding over the dramatic Devilís Dyke, golf overlooking the sea, mountain biking and walking.

Enjoy a flutter? Brighton Racecourse has plenty of fixtures or try Goodwood near Chichester, Fontwell near Arundel, and Plumpton, near Lewes. Or if you'd rather go to the dogs, there's Coral Greyhound Stadium in Hove.
